We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as the following conditions are met:

3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Email support@ZestiPet.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If the item was damaged or defective, include relevant images. -
Receive Return Instructions
Our team will respond with detailed instructions and the return shipping address. -
Ship Your Return
Securely package your item(s) and send them to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. -
Receive Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5β7 business days. Weβll notify you by email once itβs complete.
4. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
