At ZestiPet, we strive to provide you with premium pet products that meet your expectations. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!


1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as the following conditions are met:

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging

  • Products must be free from wear, damage, or alterations

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as β€œFinal Sale”

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons, where applicable)


2. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.


3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us
    Email support@ZestiPet.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If the item was damaged or defective, include relevant images.

  2. Receive Return Instructions
    Our team will respond with detailed instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Ship Your Return
    Securely package your item(s) and send them to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  4. Receive Your Refund
    Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We’ll notify you by email once it’s complete.


4. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at support@ZestiPet.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will:

  • Cover the return shipping

  • Provide a replacement or full refund


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn't arrived within the expected time:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)
